Depending on how active you are, how much you are away from home, and your size...this could actually turn out to be VERY dangerous for you. Like, pass out walking up the stairs to the office or your bedroom dangerous. Have you even thought about where your macros like protein, fats, and complex carbs will be coming from while on this diet? Consult a physician or rethink this diet breh.

@Martin Kaan 9 lbs in 9 days is very fast weight loss....if you dont mind me asking how much do you currently weigh? I ask because its most likely water weight you lost, and it will come back immediately once you start eating regularly. Being on these types of diets long term can be very harmful, especially if you attempt to exercise while doing them.

My tip would be choose a less stupid diet.

Best case scenario, you lose some weight but also lose a bunch of muscle mass (due to lack of protein), and will be miserable the whole time. More than likely you'll make yourself sick if you stick to it long enough. :beli:

Also chicken broth is usually high in sodium (unless you specifically buy a low sodium version)...not exactly healthy.

Thats what happens when you start listening to cacs, nobody ever lived only ingesting liquid, we all need actual food to survive...
But go ahead, you wont last 3 weeks on that

Wrong. There are scientific studies on the benefits of a liquid diet. It's food science. Humans need only calories (energy), water and vitamins to survive. The liquid diet in and of itself has nothing to do with cacs, similar to the way mathematics has nothing to do with cacs).

What are the benefits? Scientifically that's how the body works but people are controlled by emotion so the likely hood of relapse is extremely high and this method is not sustainable for most.
