The REAL offense here is that wack ass fitness "influencer" misleading people with that bullshyt misinformation. Broscience isnt medically approved. That exercise is NOT easy to do. I know this because they were making me do this shyt at tae kwon do for beginnings. Whats this guys background selling misinformation

This shyt is definitely hard as fukk but u feel good after. Great stretch and thigh warmup

This is by a mile easier than the last shyt.......explosive actions is how your muscles roll up the bone like window blinds.......slow controlled strength moves is easy day


For me the other joint was easier and this was tough as fukk my groin feel hella shady :mjcry:

Which is why im wondering why you actually did that shyt. :picard: been there, done that and still cant do that. Dont need to go to physical therapy again so next


shyt is good to push yourself to be able to do it easier and strengthen your body. When im 100 ima be running, climbing, kneeling down and shyt with no probs. Not tryna be no wheelchair or cane ass nikka ima need premium movements till I transition on :wow:

This ain't no thang. I do these all the time, mostly as a stretch. The other one was a humbling experience. Got and the ground and thought,

Then I braced myself and tried to "jump". Man, I didn't go nowhere :dead:

Lol yooo thats crazy wait do you consistently stretch and/or have strong legs?

I think cuz my leg strength is trash and i just started taking stretching serious a couple months ago smh
