OP all respect due, these threads are great. This is some evil mess.


But it can always get worse:pachaha:

Instead of pulling your knees straight up toward your chest, lift each knee out to the side, lower leg parallel to the ground, and pull your knee up toward the elbow on either side.

Tried this as my warm up for upper body day... recorded this but HATED my effort and how much time it took to get through this (6mins).

Going to run this back and try to record another effort next week after I rest tomorrow. I'm hoping I was just fatigued from thisnweeks workouts :francis:
