How the hell do we know how to be human?

How to be human it's learned via environment people this world, to not be human would have no conscious to me anyways

Why is there consciousness?

The only explanation so far is god or a mutation. I find it most reasonable to say it's a faculty that we used to need that stuck around or it's a mutation.
