That's all I said but im a c00n for bringing that point up I agree she is guilty as fuk but I don't believe she intended to do that but these new posters are so low quality that a difference in opinion turns into this. Its whatever anybody wanna help with the community or in LA we can meet and have a conversation I actually pull up.

Maaaaaaan, shut ya bytch ass up. You making no kind of sense. That broad knew what she was doing and shoulda got life. I don't even know how mods allow clear infiltrators like you to post on this site with impunity for years.

Negged.

It’s shoot to kill breh, not shoot to maim. That’s why when you shoot you are told to shoot center mass. If I shoot my gun I’m intending to kill that person also :manny:
And in Texas that's considered murder unless you pulled your gun and shot in order to protect your life or the life of another person.

Even shooting to protect personal property has lines you cant cross.

Accidentally going into someone's house isnt a situation where you're allowed to intentionally kill someone legally.

So she admitted in court that she intended to kill the man, her lawyer clarified that he wasn't surprised that she admitted in court that she intended to kill the man, yet for some reason you believe she didn't intend to kill the man?

:jbhmm: please explain why you feel this way and why you basically don't believe her when she said she intended to kill the man.
Lord... reading is fundamental. I don’t necessarily agree with the breh (I haven’t paid enough attention to the case), but intending to kill someone and killing someone in cold blood are two different things.

If you think someone is in your apartment and you pull out a gun, you usually intend to kill them. But that’s not cold blood, like the person you quoted mentioned.

I’m just quoting what you said earlier. Of course she was admitting she intended to kill, as with anyone who uses a gun. Again you don’t shoot to maim or slow down

The posting here now is super low quality and people don't read. Like I said in my original post its wrong and she's guilty but I don't think she went in with the intention to kill him. Especially in the exact same apartment just a floor below but its whatever

Just let it go breh you can't explain logic to people who don't care.

Her intention to kill is not legally backed up by anything. She intended to kill him and she had no real reason to do so, its murder breh.

I get what your saying. The point isn't whether it was cold blooded or not.

It was intent.

What's jarring about the case is she stated intent, which legally you should never do. You can say you feared for your life, was scared, not thinking, confused, drunk, emotionally distraught, blacked out...but never ever say you had intent.

I agree... but I was responding specifically to what someone said. And that was about killing someone in cold blood
