Two things.

If you paid attention, the video is from some religious website where they took a bits and pieces from a Ted talk. In other words, unless you watched the main video of the Ted talk, you can't go by the clip that was posted from such website. How many times have we seen a clip being manipulated for whatever purpose or agenda? Watch the main clip first before you get to your conclusion. There may be a lot more to the clip than what was posted where it may not be in the context that the clip is portraying it in.


You guys are not as smart as you think you are. Smarten up. You should know better than to get your info from a sensationalist site that will post anything for clips.

The fact that people sat there and listened to her pretty much shows you the population is slowly, but surely on the path to 'tolerating' and then 'accepting' this mental illness. I'm not in agreement with most of the rhetoric in this topic because I think to conflate sexual contact between consenting adults (of any gender or orientation) is one thing and pedophilia is another (there's a power dynamic at play that rarely exists among adults).
