Silly responses in this thread. If you dont like the word 'American' to describe US citizens, the only other alternative I suppose you may use is 'Yankee'.

That's flawed is wat I'm getting at, not only because the original meaning of the word implies something completely contrarian to the contemporary "meaning"; and secondly because that's broad af. America is a continent. Chileans are Americans to are they not? What about Jamaicans?

Wont even get into who the copper colored ppl were, distinguished from the Mongloids mixed with Europeans that are mistakenly taken for "Pocahontas"
