By extension, people from The United States of America are American. People from Peru are not from "Peru of America" because that's not the name of the nation.

Black people cant own land, because identifying as such is placing yourself outside the human family of NATIONS. Black people are things. Adjectives. Property. And adjectives cant own. I'm speaking status here.
