A successful interview includes demonstrating you have knowledge of the business, it's goals, and how you can add value.

If someone tells you they are withholding pertinent information where they won't even tell you the name of the business and what they are about until a second round interview....
..

They think you are stupid and you are exactly the type of sheep they need to pull of their scam.
Correct. This obvious scam weeds out all but the especially ignorant. Therefore the ones that actually apply they know are going to be good marks.

It’s sad to think there are people out there who would actually believe this nonsense because they’re so desperate for a job.
Some of the smartest brothas I know got sucked into pyramid schemes because times were hard. It's difficult to witness. Noticing the transformation then having them treat me like a potential business partner rather than a homeboy

One of them is working for an MLM that's lowkey a cult

If my mom never put me on game I would probably be right with those nikkas

I think you misinterpreted. And you're also misinformed. They will be made aware of what they're going to be doing once they're screened during the " background check" and will have to make a choice to participate. Its not falling for anything. This is a "job" offer.
lmao you gonna be locked up with Don Diego with this scammer ass attitude

This random cac on linkedin messaged me about a "business opportunity"

I said "Nah I'm good I don't do MLMs"

Then he was like "have you had any bad experiences with them?
:larrydavidsmiley:

I said "no but I've heard about them and witnessed how toxic they are through other people"

He said some shyt like "I understand and I used to feel the same way. But this opportunity is different
:ahh:"

I blocked that cac immediately
:unimpressed:

No matter how intelligent you are, these people play on your emotions and financial stress. If something sounds too good to be true, it is

Seems like a fake check cashing scam. Just the updated version of it.

They send you fake checks, you cash them with your bank. Then they'll somehow get the actual money and leave you on the hook for the fake check. Might get thousands of dollars out of you before the bank catches on.

Imo its most likely a high pressure sales job. These jobs have insane turnover so recruiters tend to move like MLM folks with the evasive answers.
nah most ppl get applications and literally give their social address birthdays etc on the application...

this opportunity/career dont even exist..

she had 2 openings in the original post... now she has 3 .. somebody got fukked over.. they are blocked..

rinse wash n repeat...

she never posted about this job ever until 5 hrs ago.. she tryin 2 build teams this shyt would be all over page..

My best friend from high school lost his little brother in a car crash and it obviously devastated him. A lot of these MLMs seek people who have had tragedies and are vulnerable looking for something to believe in. He got involved with one and it became all he wanted to talk about. Every topic would eventually circle back to it and he was constantly trying to get me to join. Even brought his “sales manager” out meet me. He gave me the pitch and wanted me to pay some fee then and there. Of course I said I’d have to think about it (obviously would never consider it). After I told him that he immediately changed to cold as he knew I wasn’t going to be a prospect and left shortly after. Sad that so many get caught up in them. Fortunately my friend eventually left - less a good amount of money and all the time wasted.
