No he doesn't.

That's like saying a minority owner with 1% of the company gets to make a 50-50 decision.

The minority owner's vote doesn't count
Let me ask you this brehette, can a woman pro-create on her own

Nothing wrong with that and I feel you as there are many times the situation is reversed and the man wants the child. Personally, if they are legally married then the child should be treated as community property and a man should have some legal recourse but that is never going to happen unfortunately.

I'm pro-choice but I'm unapologetically against late term abortion. There should definitely be a point where that's not an option. Unless the mother's life is in danger but it should be her decision soley.

Um, that is pretty much the only circumstance in which it occurs (which is rare in the first place).

You guys are really talking as though women be like "just scraped up the money for an abortion" :blessed: at 7 months

Although I see her point and it is a very valid one, it's really just a medical decision. When you are an adult do you believe your parents should be able to make medical decisions for you while you are in a position to make them yourself? Even to this day it is still debated if someone under the age of 18 (a minor) should have the medical decision over the parents in some cases. The baby develops in the womb of the woman, not the male. Should a male who is not even legally tied to the woman have a say over her medical decision? That sounds silly, especially when we consider the fact that it is very likely that a young mother will become a single parent.

You should try having sex first before you feel the need to dictate what a woman can do with her body.
Oh us adults being childish

I believe in women's rights. However, it should take BOTH parties to make this decision because a woman can't procreate by herself.

What's so hard to understand? You brought a hypothetical situation that rarely ever happens, and I made it clear that in such extreme cases, especially those related to health, I can understand why the practice of abortion would be used, for those are situations outside of one's control.

Pregnancies resulting from rape or incest are examples of other extreme cases that rarely ever happen. If you fully comprehended what I posted, my stance shouldn't surprise you.

late term abortions rarely ever happen. when they do it is exactly becaise of such extreme cases .

are you talking about abortion in general? this thread is in reference to late term abortion.
which only happens in extremely rare cases.

youre stating that you agree with late term abortions in these special rare circumstances
but posting that you disagree with abortion for other reasons [non medically necessary]?

tbh. im really not sure what you are trying to convey.

i only came in this thread to post against the common misconceptions and propaganda that women routinely have 6, 7 and 8th month "convenience" or "choice" abortions,
because theres no such thing.

There have been women that have had abortions just to make their partner angry. It's seldom, but it happens.
