Does Rock Hill steal players from other districts, or do they just produce athletes like that?

Langston & Creekside the only real black high schools on this list. The other schools take the athletes from the hood. I can’t want to see if some Fulton, Clayton, DeKalb or APS schools level up

Like you can’t play if you transfer after fall? Tbh I get it but it’s unfortunate if your parents legitimately move because of a job opportunity or something and you can’t play because of it

Charleston area is all over the place with kids moving around. Summerville is loading up. Oceanside is as well but there a Charter. Dutch Fork has to be doing something as well. School called Gaffney in the upset been getting some here and there.
