I think this could be a good idea. There's a lot of stigma in the black community about mental illness. I think a no judgement zone where people could share experiences and just kick it with ppl with similar issues would be great.

I have self diagnosed myself with social anxiety and avoidant personality disorder. I would go to th doctors but im avoiding it because it involves talking to someone.

I find alcohol helps the best.

No. Its pretty fukking clear what I have. Ive been boxing with a broken knuckle for 5 months cus im too scared of going to the doctors. Im avoiding it because it involves speaking to someone I dont know. I drink alcohol before job interviews because its the only say that I have a chance of not coming across as socially retarded. If you want me to list social anxiety and avoidant personality symptoms/characteristics that I have then i will.

The doctors in the UK dont prescribe benzos anyway cus they are too dangerous. So there is nothing except alcohol that cures me.
