Comcast has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. Worse than any fast food restaurant, worse than any bill collectors, worse than the homeless dude who cleans ya windshield. I don't even use them for any personal services, but my experiences have always been terrible.


I agree... WOAT customer service...

They put me on hold until they closed one day.... dude put me on hold to "check something out" and a couple minutes later, an automated voice comes on talking about call back during business hours and it hangs up... i call back and they were closed smh

Damn near every time i have to call them its a Horrible experience...

I hope this shyt fails...

It will be a flop, people are too lazy to switch..unless YT does something which totally turns off the crowd, it's not getting any competition

They've done that numerous times and the "I'm done with youtube" crowd were back within a few weeks. :lolbron:

Whether it's changing the layout for the 50th time, making people get Google + accounts, etc. people kept coming back.

nikkas keep coming back the reason they can't leave Google, there's just too much content on YT compared to other sites.

And they got rid of the G+ requirement months back I think.

How about removing data caps and using that money to fix supposed "infrastructure issues" that cause you the implement data caps

Smh. Mannnn, I was on a call for 45 mins getting bounced from department to department. I finally talked to somebody and thought my issue would be resolved. Gave them my number for callback and everything, them mufukas never CALLED BACK!:beli:
