Comcast has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. Worse than any fast food restaurant, worse than any bill collectors, worse than the homeless dude who cleans ya windshield. I don't even use them for any personal services, but my experiences have always been terrible.
It will be a flop, people are too lazy to switch..unless YT does something which totally turns off the crowd, it's not getting any competition
They've done that numerous times and the "I'm done with youtube" crowd were back within a few weeks.
Whether it's changing the layout for the 50th time, making people get Google + accounts, etc. people kept coming back.
I agree... WOAT customer service...
They put me on hold until they closed one day.... dude put me on hold to "check something out" and a couple minutes later, an automated voice comes on talking about call back during business hours and it hangs up... i call back and they were closed smh
Damn near every time i have to call them its a Horrible experience...
I hope this shyt fails...
Doesn't actually sound like they're presenting it as a rival, replacement, or competitor to youtube at all..more like an extension of all demand type services that cable companies like to tout
