Comcast is on some other shyt with the logins as well. Can't even log in under my OGs account without is saying "Access not Authorized"

I work at Comcast. It's a big push going on now cause they want people to switch to comcast business plans. Comcast business internet packages don't have any data cap.
You can also add a extra 30$ a month on your bill and you will get unlimited back

No Data Cap 24/7 tech support. Service window within 2 hrs
But mostly no data cap. I sell at least 40 a month to homes. People with kids who game/netflix etc are prime customers.
Just looked this up and it's crazy how the 100/20 is $200 by itself compared to the $109 I pay for Extreme 105 plus phone and TV. And I could add $30 to get rid of the cap. But they're trying to push people into business plans?

My parents just recently moved, and I don't know what Comcast did with their account, or if my OGs got a new account but their old log in credentials weren't working. Just had to chat with the customer service to see what was up. Got is situated now. But it was hella annoying.if the user and pw is right why cant you logon?
