I have illegal internet so i wont be greedy

How does that work exactly? My dad got his shyt hooked up from someone he knows for $200 for a year for time warner Internet at 100mbs,I pay almost $180 a month for same shyt including cable but I never watch tv,I'm about to cancel that shyt tomorrow n get it hooked up,I just don't know much about it

pretty worth it for a 1 time fee of 200, you dont really have anything to lose, just saving money. The 1 time comcast cut it off, i just called dude and he either cut it back on or gave me a new box

I know. luckily for me, I don't even even use half of the 1TB limit on average each month. and that's with me working from home and having a family of four with multiple streaming devices.

my guess is the way illegal internet works is that either someone that works cable company adds the bootleg cable modem to the network somehow by registering the hardware address (MAC ID on that cable network). how they do this without anyone knowing, I don't know.

I just got it installed a few days ago,he literally just connected a modem and wireless router n that was it
I'm thinking he has someone on the inside cuz he said he also has illegal satellite for $250 for satellite n then just $20 a month to pay him and I get everything

it looks like bootleg internet is done by cats who know how to somehow change the mac address on the cable modem. probably just change it to the address of an existing modem on their network.

the problem with this stuff is its such a crap shoot. either it works for years, or it might work for a couple weeks before it's discovered and cut off.

I was referred to him,I payed for a year,he said if for any reason it stops working just call him and he will swap it out,I might go for satellite next

I had a hook up but I think he got arrested for those modems and my shyt stop working.
