And you just have to have a good business sense. What's your customer base, what are they drinking ?Gotta have a good bar selection. Want to have a restaurant in it also, nikkas drink and they get hungry. Dont want them to leave to get food. food = stay = spending more money. Want to have good food, not just finger foods. Maybe it's different where you live, but everywhere I've lived most of the strip clubs were basically just fronts for crime organizations.
Hell, in fact, all of the gangs in the good crime dramas owned strip clubs - Intelligence, The Wire, The Sopranos.
Not to mention you gonna have to deal with all of the religious fukkheads picketing your club, dissing you in the news and shyt.
But real shyt I want to own a strip club too.
Oh I had planned to open one back home, in the islands for tourists when I retire. Not doing it stateside. They had a joing called "magic city" in Nassau stole the name from the club in Atlanta. All the chicks was foreign, from Panama and shyt. Miami and Jamaican chicks was there also, they fly in. I guess not much local dancers as everyone would get labeled the stripper chick.

As far as Tampa goes, they have plenty of white women strip clubs... all you hear about is Miami for the black clubs. (KOD etc). Tampa has Hollywood Nights and thats really a hole-in-the-wall
