Brehs I swear to fukkin god I can't seem to get the same gains in my chest that I get everywhere else. I hit incline, flat and decline on dumbs and barbell...i do dumbbell pullovers..push-ups, pec dec....cable flys...I mean what the fukk brehs ...help. :totheeastside:
