Real Talk OP Studio apts > All bills paid apts. My first apt was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ABP for 500 a month, the only problem was the gigantic mama rat that lived there. The 2 things i stay away from now are all bills paid and apts that have a creek behind them.
