When i was much younger, I went on vacation out of state and my family called the day after I left to tell me that my house became haunted in my absence as a heads up so i could be mentally prepared to fight the ghosts (i had bingewatched ghost busters 1 just before departing) when i got back. They knew it ws haunted because they found the dog floating in the air in his sleep, table being set for a big party in the middle of the night and all of the clothes that needed to be washed ironed and on clothes hangers while the clean clothes were folded nicely near the washing machine with a bottle of laundry detergent next to them. They said it was a attractive twenty something year old woman so I got there like with my weegee board in hand. She never responded back and the hauntings stopped.
