Imma be honest...the only player IVE seen growin up that is better is jordan.

Lebron does everything better than kobe outside of midrange shooting and freethrows.

All said and done he will be better than all of them minus jordan...hes on pace to be atleast.

Best point forward of all time...yeah.

But he's not fukkin with Kobe at all, not yet..nikkas are easily impressed with numbers and stat padding. Not to mention this nikka had to run and form the fukkin avengers just to sniff a chance at winning a ring while Kobe did it twice with Pau and role players.

I'm not sure if Kobe or Jordan would EVER be the 3rd leading scorer on their team in the Finals while putting up 18 points total in the 4th quarter of a series..but that's just me.

Lmao so Lebron James is better than Kobe Bryant all time based off potential?

He's better than Jordan too then based off potential.

He's a better passer, rebounder, and more athletic.

Name one thing outside of steals that Jordan does better?

jordan is clearcut #1, anyone thats not young and actually seen him in the 80s and early 90s knows jordan was the shyt and no one will be him again. u can look at all the stats u want, and try to compare, but at the end of the day, jordan was a straight winner. he willed wins. impossible shots, impossible situations, he won. it was like when opponents played him, they knew he was gon beat em wid a buzzer beater.

i feel like despite all his flaws, kobe has teh same killer instinct as jordan. kobe can brick 20 shots in a row, but have the confidence in himself to shoot that next one thinking it will go in. sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt, but kobe is a winner. straight up. he has the rings to back it up.

lebron is a fkin genetic physical specimen, high IQ, and has a chance to win his first of multiple rings i supposed. despite all this, i stand by the argument he'll never be a jordan or kobe. he dont got that killer instinct in him. his stats are beastly, no doubt about that. but theres more to the game than stats. otherwise, wilt chamberlain would be > jordan. everyone knows jordan is #1, so its obvious theres more to the game than jus stats.

jordan > kobe > lebron

smh at the Kobe hate. The fukk has Lebron done to even say he has a better career than Kobe? Kobe is all pure skills, Bron relies more on his physical gifts and his athleticism than skills, and still doesn't have the complete offensive tools that Kobe has. Let's discuss this if Bron wins multiple championship rings, big if, than we can say he is better than Kobe or comparable, but saying Bron>Kobe career wise, kick rocks with that one.

If we're talking just skills than Lebron is greater then anybody in history. But it's not all about skills, heart and will is what brings MJ, Kobe, Bird, and Magic up above Bron as an all around player. Let's see him win at least 2 rings before he's even in that conversation.

Then again this is a troll thread so Durant>Bron :troll:

^^^feel the same way about this thread

Do you really feel Lebron has been a better individual defender than Kobe? :pachaha:

Comparing Kobe and Lebron to me is a joke.

1) the offense RUNS THROUGH James. It's different than Kobe, where plays are ran FOR HIM. James is a true point-forward. Since he's directing the offense more, of course he will get more assists. Kobe is a career 4.7 APG, including his early years, and Bron is a career 6.9. Dude is getting only two more APG despite basically playing pseudo PG. I am sure if there is a stat showing how many times a player touched the ball per possession, Bron's would be at least 1.5 times that of Kobe's.

2) For all this talk about Kobe being a volume shooter, Lebron actually has a higher FGA per game than Kobe :manny: I also think Kobe sees a lot more double teams than Lebron, but can't argue that Kobe takes some bad shots at times, but that's all part of that killer mentality :manny:

3) Lebron will never have an 81 point game, you can quote this if you want. Will be surprised if he can even get 60. He's not a pure scorer, his jumpshot is iffy at best, although it's getting better. Yeah, maybe he can average the same, but to say he's just as good at scoring as Kobe is ridiculous. I've seen many plays with Lebron one on one where it has looked :scusthov:

4) As weak as the East has been the last decade, Lebron's only been to the Finals three times in 9 years, Kobe has been to the NBA Finals 7 times COMING OUT OF THE WEST! Even if Kobe retires today, Lebron will need to get to the Finals 4 more times to EVEN MATCH. Assuming Lebron has a 15 year dominant career like Kobe has, which I doubt, it means he will need to get to the Finals at least 4 times out of the next 6 years, , and win all 4 to match Kobe's title count, ASSUMING he wins this year :pachaha:

I could go on and on. Lebron has to at least match Kobe's accomplishments before this is even a discussion, and even then, Kobe did what he has done coming against much stronger competition. F*ck, at least let him win 1 championship. Nikkaz crownin' nikkaz off of one game, is that what's hot in these streets? :scusthov:

Agree but even though East is weak! James had a GARBAGE SQUAD at Cleveland!!!

What else imma say? Dude career aint done and he aint been in the league as long as kobe or jordan...so?

He averages more in every category thus far.

Ummmm I don't know...How about you know, wait till his career is over. Or at the very least wait till he has been in the league as long as the other two.

Grant Hill?
Penny?
Tracy McGrady?

All 3 of those players were "on pace" for something.

Now look at em.

None of those dudes were in pace to being better statistically.

Bron got Kobe beat in almost every category and has been consistant all these years.

That's why I said on pace...I didn't say he was better off top. But a betting man would bet on bron right now.
