Life After Death is a boring ass album, and honestly is a huge stepback for Biggie
should have stayed with the sporadic wacky attitude he had on RTD with songs like Gimmie The Loot, Warning instead of trying play it cool on LAD.
"Nasty Boy" has gotta be Biggie's WOAT song in his catalog, along with that Lil Kim joint on there being straight
to
Infact "Going back to cali" is pretty avg as a track, which really shows when he tried to get into a west coast vibe it didnt really work
which is why i always find the "biggie was the most versatile MC and can do whatever" remarks by his fans funny because there is clearly things hes limited to
Look at the "Notoroious thugs" dudes saying he rapped like Bone, LOL? where all he did was speed up his tempo/pace of his flow from 1.0 speed to 1.5
his rapping did not sound like Bone, it just sounds like a faster paced Biggie. LOL

Never got they hype around A Tribe Called Quest, Maybe i just missed out on them, but they was just OK to me. Hell Outkast mopped the floor with them if that's a close comparison.
