How is he just ok . His storytelling alone makes him a legend. Rappers don't even tell stories anymore. Meanwhile Nas telling stories Backwards, and rapping from the perspective of a gun and a roach.

He can tell all of the stories he wants to. His shyt is boring to me, breh.


That song with Lauryn Hill is good though, and that’s only because of production and the hook.

this shouldnt be a sin because its this good but My Krazy Life can very well be argued as the Best Gangsta rap album of the past 11 years(since 2010)m Infact I think it is.

has great production helped have a impact by making YG be one of the prominent West coast gangsta rappers, Great storytelling, concise with its concept and narrative, etc

only way you can detract from it, is if you think any great rap album has to involve some multi syllable heavy rap and a nikka has to compound rhyme you to death or throw 16 metaphors(which given this is the Coli, there are prolly some nikkas on here who think this)

Now this we can actually agree with I've echoed similar sentiments on here before regarding My Krazy Life.

I absolutely hate Immortal Technique’s “Dance with the Devil”.

Sat down and really listened to it in full last year. shyt’s amazing storytelling don’t get me wrong but listening to the lyrics closely and visualizing everything playing out in my head....The chilling beat and music video didn’t make it any better either...shyt kinda fukked me up Even had me shedding hella tears after it was over, most especially the part about the mother being raped by her own son. Took me maybe 15 minutes to get myself back together I’m naturally protective of my mom and that shyt made me wanna go hug her tight man smdh. shyt was dark as fukking hell and normally I can handle dark shyt....That’s how bad it was.

Life After Death is a boring ass album, and honestly is a huge stepback for Biggie

should have stayed with the sporadic wacky attitude he had on RTD with songs like Gimmie The Loot, Warning instead of trying play it cool on LAD.

"Nasty Boy" has gotta be Biggie's WOAT song in his catalog, along with that Lil Kim joint on there being straight to

Infact "Going back to cali" is pretty avg as a track, which really shows when he tried to get into a west coast vibe it didnt really work

Look at the "Notoroious thugs" dudes saying he rapped like Bone, LOL? where all he did was speed up his tempo/pace of his flow from 1.0 speed to 1.5

his rapping did not sound like Bone, it just sounds like a faster paced Biggie. LOL
