Common has 1 Classic. He's also become one of the most embarrassing figures in rap all time.

I'll peep this album on the strength of Karriem Riggins' brilliance but Common top 5 is straight bumperhead logic.

I cannot fukking get over how amazing this is. I say this every other day. I've heard it 10 times in full already and I wanna hear it more and more.

This shyt is damn near a masterpiece. How people putting Tribe's album in the same bracket is mind-boggling.

Common entered a 2nd prime on this shyt.


Only song that really bothers me now is Rain. Even Love Star I can cope with and I can't get over how well this album closes out. Literally the two best tracks are at the end of the album.

This album just got number 1 on my top 5 albums of 2016 and barring someone putting out a jaw droppingly impressive masterpiece in December it'll remain there

for what its worth I think TPAB is a great album but in terms of being true to its thematic ideas etc., you're right. Common made the album Kendrick tried to make.

Pyramids I can't get over how he snapped on that shyt. He didn't even spit like that on Be.

I agree that the Tribe album is not touching this but of course that's a bigger moment. Just went through this again and it's fire all the way through although I could've done without the generic john legend track.

Never heard of Karriem Riggins until this but the production is perfect.
