yeah but this conspiracy has ramifications for everyone. covid-19 mutations will arise from the unvaccinated and we want to avoid a scenario where a mutated variant can render our current vaccines ineffective. there are still 150+ million Americans who are unvaccinated, so thats 150+ million chances the virus has to mutate into something even deadlier if the perfect host environment is found. some conspiracy theories are more harmful than others.

I think being "anti-vaccine" is too group-thinky for me, (is there any substantiated data on these boogie man tales they put out there besides these low, miniscule case examples to prove it?)...but I can respect an individual who doesn't want to get vaccinated. We're not talking about food. We're talking about a global pandemic that has killed nearly 600k people in this country alone. I got my vaccine already (no symptoms outside of a super sore arm for a couple days). The best way to beat covid is to reach herd immunity. The safest way to do that is via a vaccine. So let's go.

Your immun system is at its most effective when it knows what it's supposed to be fighting. That's literally how vaccines work. The covid one doesn't even introduce your body to covid - it essentially tricks your immun system into thinking it has covid, via a protein. It's safe and easy to get...so get it. You're gonna have to get it anyway next year or the year after when employer's make it mandatory.
