The Dreamer/The Believer I enjoyed a lot, but this just isn't interesting at all. Com's verses are even cornier than usual, features are poor and No ID didn't bring it on the beats this time. shyt just feels phoned in.

I been skimming through it last couple days, rewind that and young hearts or whatever are great joints off of firszt listen, those are the only joints I felt like running back....if you think the album is wack then cool, but all this "ruined his legacy" shyt



He could drop a real live piece of shyt album and his legacy will still be in tact, fukk a fair weather as fan with that mentality. He's put in his work and owes you nikkas nothing, and that's with me agreeing that this shyt is coming off underwelming thus far.

i was listening to Nobody's Smiling again and i think it might not be as good as i said.
I just downloaded it and was real excited after seeing the video for Kingdom and i heard Real which was an incredible track.
But than i gotta say i like No I.D.'s older work much better. The beats on it weren't that great IMO even though i think Common did a great job with it.

In my opinion Common has one wack album which is UMC and a average album which is this one. I honestly think he has one of the most consistent catalogs in the game. This album won't fukk up his legacy. He has a habit of drifting off his own sound every now and then. I respect him for making this and electric circus. At times he pushes himself to go outside of his sound. Sometimes it works sometimes it don't.

Is it me or does Common pick the most corny singers for his hooks on his last 2 albums?
I think No I.D. was influenced by Kanye West's new stuff on this album.
