The people was a big song and wasn’t that the Common song used for one of the Jordan commercials? I could be wrong
Finding Forever was Common’s first number 1 album and The People was a single. Not surprising it would be amongst his bigger streaming songs.

It didn’t even make the Hot 100 when it originally dropped in 2007.For reference, That’s The Way Love Goes by Janet was a #1 smash hit in 1993 (topped the Hot 100 for 8 weeks) and has 125 million streams on Spotify.

That album is a Universal Music Group compilation released last year. I wouldn’t even consider some of the other songs on there as jazzy tho lol. Mayor by Pac Div, Sookie Now by Big K.R.I.T. and Yeah Yeah U Know It by Keith Murray.
