Perfect from front to back. My second favorite common LP behind “One day it will all make sense”. I miss the jazz influence in rap.

The album went gold and had a minor hit in The Light.

However, given that Rap was at its commercial height at that time, I would only consider that a minor success.

That was when the mainstream was run by Eminem, Jay, Ja Rule, and Nelly doing blockbuster numbers.

Anyway, Common is in my top 10. I'm always glad to see him get flowers.
