Company A comes back a year later and will pay you 16K more. Will you go to company A?
No loyalty in this business, doggy. Go for the money every time. I had to learn that lesson the hard way but now i'm focused.

This japanese dude im cool with changes jobs about once year. Always chasing the next raise and signing bonus

No, use the offer from Company A to either beat or get a promotion from company, B. With that said 16k isn't chump change and jumping ship is not necessarily wrong, but believe it or not companies value loyalty more than you think because it's cheaper for them to pay you more than waste time training someone one else with less experience on the same shyt.

I would remind company A that they are a$$holes who didn't want to spend money and train me, and now they want me after someone else footed the bill and real shyt how do u even know WHY they hire u. Sounds shady. fukk them. they dnt care about you (most companies dont but even moreso here). No they need to come with something other than just more money. But...

Thats just me.
:mjlol:

business never personal. I could care less if they a$$holes or not. If the pay, benefits and work environment suit i taking the job. I'm working for money not friendship.

if you are unable to promote/get a raise to match 16k from company b, then jump ship. That is how it is in my industry, there is like maybe 2 companies that actually do the training and then the other companies wait and try to poach.
