Company A comes back a year later and will pay you 16K more. Will you go to company A?

I make pretty decent money. Ive been above the 6figure line for about 3 or so years now. All but one of my biggest jumps in earning have come by way of me leaving to go somewhere that offered more.
Only once in my life have i gotten a raise anywhere close to what i get when i switch companies.

Do whatever the fukk benefits you and your family the most and to hell with anything or anybody that gets in the way of that
I know excoworkers i had 5 years ago who still working the same job. Im making nearly triple what i made back then, do you think for a second that their "loyalty" has awarded them a 250% boost to their pay?
