Company A comes back a year later and will pay you 16K more. Will you go to company A?

Of course. The second you learn something new, you are now more valuable.

I used to get in arguments with brehs on this site about this shyt, till i just stopped and realized im arguing with people whose stubbornness will do them in.

I make pretty decent money. Ive been above the 6figure line for about 3 or so years now. All but one of my biggest jumps in earning have come by way of me leaving to go somewhere that offered more.

Only once in my life have i gotten a raise anywhere close to what i get when i switch companies.

Yall preach company loyalty as if its reciprocated to you... it. Never. Is.

Dont be like your father's generation and work 15 years at a place only to get laid off out of the blue one day.

Do whatever the fukk benefits you and your family the most and to hell with anything or anybody that gets in the way of that :camby:

I know excoworkers i had 5 years ago who still working the same job. Im making nearly triple what i made back then, do you think for a second that their "loyalty" has awarded them a 250% boost to their pay? :childplease:

Fukk loyalty, secure your bag:banderas:

I should mention i work in IT, not every field lets u be as independent as this one.

This is a hypothetical scenario. That's like If a woman rejects you twice and hits you with "hey big head"....

I would say fukk her too

A million compaies just like a million hoes out here. There's money every where jjst like there's p*ssy everywhere. No desperation for anything out here.

All things being equal and if the 16K raises is 10% or more than what you were making, Company A
