I wish I thought of doing the gym body analysis before. Either way the only thing that was off was body fat % and visceral fat.
Weight and BMI matched.

Just did a 24 hour Dry Fast. It feels amazing. Works better than a water fast IMO

Link to that scale? U lost eight pounds in three days?Nah I have a Renpho Smart Scale at home that measures body fat, weight, BMI, etc.
I weighed at home pre-post fast
A couple hours before the fast ended I went to my gym and used their more accurate InBody machine and secured that data
I’m assuming u didn’t work out in those three days….
Nah just got my minimum 10,000+ steps in

no diss but the 8.4 is mainly water/no waste in you weight 8.4 pounds is almost 30k calories
