I can dabble with this list, the order is a bit fukked up but the list is ujst about right.
But the only rapper who is questionable is Andre 3k, Stankonia and Speakerboxxx/TLB are classics but outside of that Big Boi's 2 album >> Andre's 10 features and them only delivering from 2000-2003.
I'd rather see Luda on that list, specially if T.I. is on there.
T.I. might've been a bit more influential with the trap thing but Luda was influential in promoting the south period and should definitely be recognized on the same level as Jeezy and Tip.
nikkas don't like to admit it,but T.I's verse on Stomp is much more potent now with time....all luda get is Rodney Dangerfield....he's just not taken seriously unfortunatley same as Nelly...even tho I do remember Luda actually bein a beast...T.I gets the love, respect and had the success....I can't put him on the same level as either....this andre 3K shyt is gettin worst by the minute tho,u hate to shyt on em cuz he is a legend in sum regard....but fuk it,id rather have Drake in there
...and better yet Southern Legend scarface,we gon act like he didn't make no noise at the beginning of the 2000's?and dropped emeritus which got overlooked....what has 3K done that I'm missing here?do people fuk with that Love Below album that tuff?
I agree. Andre 3000 is one of my favorite MC's, but I couldn't put him on the list without Big Boi. Yes, he's dropped some crazy verses and they were impactful, but Top 10 out of the MC's who were droppin' impactful albums, it's kind of disrespectful. Big Boi, Scarface, and even though I think Andre's infinitely better, Drake would've been a good choice for that 10th spot.
Yep and I TRULY fukks with The Love Below and even Idlewild soundtrack (some underrated gems on that album) but putting Dre over Scarface, Common, even Luda. Artists who put in WORK on the solo tip dropping quality albums its not right. fukk a case could be made for Big Boi over Andre....
