I don't get Camron or 3K on the list:comeon:....maybe I should go to the site and read their explanation:ohhh:...and flip though pick by pick on that annoying slide.......:childplease:

I gotta give them credit, this list is pretty nice actually....Jeezy has been criminally underappreciated and overlooked towards the end of this decade even though he. Continually puts out quality, gives u hot verses, held the streets down like none other in the mainstream:ohlawd:....never gets his recognition or rewards and accolades,so I'm glad he got on a list:salute:

I can dabble with this list, the order is a bit fukked up but the list is ujst about right.
But the only rapper who is questionable is Andre 3k, Stankonia and Speakerboxxx/TLB are classics but outside of that Big Boi's 2 album >> Andre's 10 features and them only delivering from 2000-2003.

I'd rather see Luda on that list, specially if T.I. is on there.
T.I. might've been a bit more influential with the trap thing but Luda was influential in promoting the south period and should definitely be recognized on the same level as Jeezy and Tip.

nikkas don't like to admit it,but T.I's verse on Stomp is much more potent now with time:ohlawd:....all luda get is Rodney Dangerfield....he's just not taken seriously unfortunatley same as Nelly...even tho I do remember Luda actually bein a beast...T.I gets the love, respect and had the success....I can't put him on the same level as either....this andre 3K shyt is gettin worst by the minute tho,u hate to shyt on em cuz he is a legend in sum regard....but fuk it,id rather have Drake in there:snoop:...and better yet Southern Legend scarface,we gon act like he didn't make no noise at the beginning of the 2000's?and dropped emeritus which got overlooked....what has 3K done that I'm missing here?do people fuk with that Love Below album that tuff?

I agree. Andre 3000 is one of my favorite MC's, but I couldn't put him on the list without Big Boi. Yes, he's dropped some crazy verses and they were impactful, but Top 10 out of the MC's who were droppin' impactful albums, it's kind of disrespectful. Big Boi, Scarface, and even though I think Andre's infinitely better, Drake would've been a good choice for that 10th spot.

Yep and I TRULY fukks with The Love Below and even Idlewild soundtrack (some underrated gems on that album) but putting Dre over Scarface, Common, even Luda. Artists who put in WORK on the solo tip dropping quality albums its not right. fukk a case could be made for Big Boi over Andre....

He's another rapper that could've been put in over Andre. Like Water For Chocolate took Common to another level. With BE, Common reminded his doubters that he was still a great MC and gained him some new fans. There was also Finding Forever. He also killed some features most notably Kanye's "Get Em High" and he delivered a nice verse on T.I.'s "Good Life".

from a QUALITY standpoint, theres no way you can include jay-z (KC, BP3 and BP2 being subpar/mediocre, but 3 classics) or Eminem (2 great albums, 2 duds) in the top 3

real ass list:
1 Kanye
2 Wayne (in 09/10 he really fell off)
3 Jeezy
4 Jigga
5 Z-Ro
6 TI
7 Nas
8 Common
9 Face
10 Luda
then Ghostface, Big Boi, Eminem, Cam

To be honest I'm impressed they acknowledged Nas run in the 2000s because it seems like a lot of the CaC publications kept on dismissing the early stuff as the decade went on
But even still I would have put him ahead of Cam, who had a nice little run but I still think Nas had better material. Cam's best work it could be argued came with others around (Diplomatic Immunity)

Same deal with Kanye, while 50 and Wayne had more sales than him, I just feel like his impact on Hip Hop during that decade.

And yeah I mean Game, Luda, Lupe, Common all had good runs and you could have probably replaced Jeezy or Dre with some of them.

Cant argue with the top 2 honestly
