"Dead Hand" was the name of the supposed Soviet automated "Doomsday" computer system that was supposed to take over and start launching missiles if their top leadership were all wiped out. If there were no humans left over, the machines would take over and start nuking the US.

The last few seasons have been slow paced. Hoping that since they have so much to tie up from the get go it's fast paced like the early seasons.

It's been a great run and I just feel like this is going to go out on a great run

finished rewatching the whole show this weekend and man them first 3 seasons 4 was great and 5 was better on a second viewing but still the worst of all the seasons (quality still). I can't wait.
