what a liar. make a song called aston martin and claim its your first car:duck:
Actually he talks about using his moms credit card to ride around in overpriced rentals so you maintain an image.

He had the Acura but tried to stunt by faking it

i just saw an interview on youtube he did and the interviewer started out
"so, HERE IS AUBREY from degrassia high AND aspiring rapper"
then drake talked about that he was offered a record deal and said no.. then they showed him driving around at 17 with an acura with leather seats from that year.
he's a fraud.
The emphasis on leather seats :deadmanny:

I love Drake but I just don't know what to think. Clearly he's been using rhymes written by others lately. But I just don't believe he never wrote anything and has always only used ghostwriters

i think its just the business. thats how he got in the game, so he had no problem using the talents of others. he just got caught.

His comeup story is that he started dropping mixtapes when he was 21 and popped off at 23 with the help of 40(who only became trusted partners on SFG)

But according to this, he was already in rooms with Dr.Dre and Jimmy Iovine since he was 19, before he even started publicly making music, these bozo's dont know they just making his whole charade look even more flaky by trying to cape :pachaha:
No he made RnB records, rap songs and shyt in Toronto and put them on MySpace before he 20. And he started working with 40 around 04-05, he was Drakes engineer but started R&D:ing that Toronto sound around that time.
If you actually was a fan of his, perhaps you would've done your googles regarding his comeup. People get contacted through the Internet all the time, back in the days it was MySpace now it's soundcloud. When he dropped his first mixtape in 2006 he was already one of the hottest up and coming artists in one of north Americas biggest cities. The mixtape was with Dj Smallz.

It's like QM blowing up in 2020 and we hear that he was working on some shyt with Drake in 2014.

interesting...I actually thought on the Compton album both Dre and Kenny took some shots at Drake (Dre's verse on Satisfiction and All In a Day's Work and Kenny's verse on Deep Water)

What to think? You mean this shyt is still up for debate??

Drake wrote his shyt and tried to get on. He was another local mixtape rapper

Made some connects, started writing for people, writing for himself, getting his name out and him noticed

When he got some bread/fame, he started doing what 75% of rappers do. Ask people for help. On a line, a hook, a verse, etc

As he got bigger and hits had to be sustained. And time to sit in a studio for 10 weeks got shorter, he just outsourced. Heard songs he liked, flows he liked, artists he liked, and paid them for their ideas, music, production

Period

They can literally give anyone a piece of paper and say rap this. That doesn't happen anymore

You build your own buzz. Then when it's shown you have talent. But maybe not every song is a hit talent. They call in the help
