Confirmed: Xbox One No Longer Requires Online Connection, Supports Used Games

Person A opts into DRM checks and plays his copy without the disc.

Person A then gives his disc to person B who opts out and plays the game normally.

2 people now have copies of said game.

Could you not make it where only one disk can install/play on one system?

Like make them tied to the xbox/live account?
