Conservative brehs, what are y'all actually doing to help black men and women

I just started my financial planning /accounting firm and it's just me so I can't afford to hire anyone and at this point will be outsourcing some of my heavy data entry work
There is an issue that minorities don't seek out this industry as much. As minorities we also lag when it comes to wealth building because we don't get the generation of knowledge and opportunities that white people do.
There was a study shown that Latino and blacks chances of becoming a millionaire even with a college degree are so much lower than whites and Asians and I feel it's because there is a huge knowledge gap when it comes to saving, investing, building credit etc....

Guatemala is mostly mestizo and white, Italians are white, that leaves out Puerto Rico.
Just looking at your background I think you aren't black, so respectfully stop saying 'we' when talking about black people issues especially African-American issues.
Ricans have slave blood and my Guatemalan grandmother was dark skinned. Belize is right next to Guatemala

The whole Caribbean had slaves. The Spanish islands had different percentages of mixing. Dominican dictators tried to erase that part of their history and told their people they were Indian mixes and not African and they murdered Haitians.

Serving drinks at a dive bar or keeping a laundryroom clean really shouldn’t be anyone’s endgame.

Interesting question.
But now you get into, do you hire black people who could not be the best for the job or do you hire the best for the job no matter the color? If they're not the best for the job can you level them up quickly? If so, how long will they stay? Do you invest in training that person only to risk them taking that skill to another company? Even as a black business owner, you have to take these issues into account. At the end of the day, you're still a business owner.
But I agree, it is far more favorable for a black business owner to have his business run by majority black people. You just have to make sure they all share the basic vision of doing black business and hopefully they have optimal vision of sharing the vision of the business owner.
