Thomas' lunacy this week has been insane. Guys is complaining about fundamental rights like his own interracial marriage would not have been illegal in a lot of places if not for the Supreme Court.

Then that stupid shyt he said about all forms of disparate impact does not negatively affect African-Americans by citing the NBA is 70% black in the fair housing case.
