Yeah, she should have had higher billing in terms of booking.
But I disagree with them fumbling her. As well as Lashley and Shelton to an extent.

Their booking was terrible in their final years there but you can’t disregard what they did prior to that in WWE.
Lashley won the title multiple times and Shelton was a constant fixture in the mid card and tag scene and innovator of the MITB. They are not fumbles.

That's debatable because it seems like there were underlying issues with Cody and Tony. Cody booking himself into a never challenge for the World Title gimmick didn't help because he should've turned and used his power to get a shot.
