A lot of cacs in here. As a black man I cant smash that bytch bathroom up, she gone call the police and say she felt threatened and my ass would be going to jail. That white woman was on code she didn't want him to go to jail and never called the law. He still has his job too. A black man would've lost his job and his freedom smashing her bathroom.

She actually did call the police, he's going to jail and he lost his whole business.

This is why I avoid residential work, people do not be wanting to pay. Anytime someone asks me to do work on their house I always tell them I need 50% of the funds up front... usually they stop contacting me at that point. People aint shyt, it's why nobody wants to do residential anymore because of broads like her.

This is like every other case on The People's Court. He should have took her to small claims court.

So this dumb bytch doesn't pay contractors then gets another bathroom free of charge?
:francis:
White privilege. If the contractor had done that to black person home, Cacs would've been universal in saying she got what she deserved, but they reward this woman for defrauded a contractor and him rightfully getting upset about it.

BRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOKKKKKKLLLLLYYYYYNNNN
Dumbass could've just taken her to court and if she didnt pay up put a lien on her property. Contractors eat off people not paying them he's missing a few screws.
It's just the principle plus taking them to court is a process and requires the contractor to pay out of pocket. He took a shortcut and the customer would be an idiot to take the contractor to court for not paying him then losing and having to pay him anyway. It's actually smart in hindsight, as fukked up as it sounds.

Most of the comments on YouTube and tik tok support the contractor.

I've had to oversee more than a few home improvement projects because some contractors will stay being linesteppers. I recently had a guy do some work at my mom's house. She specifically said she wanted customized steps, for accessibility purposes, which he agreed to and gave a price for. Then he put on the standard size and hoped we wouldn't notice. He didn't count on me going to Home Depot and finding the exact pieces he used. Ultimately he had to go back and adjust the steps, and had the nerve to be mad.

Above the fray.
Have yall ever seen how this plays out in court? After arbitration or Civil court?

I'm sure insurance is going to be forced into this bullshyt somehow.

I might need to transfer to homeowner /property damage lines of insurance to prepare my self for mafia contractors and shady insurance adjuster when I buy my first house.

Might have to kill a contractor over a crack in my driveway
When you purchase property, best way to get tradesmen to hire is referrals from relatives or members of your house of worship.

You can screen people by checking their Better Business Bureau info and all that, but contractor who has been doing honest work for years for somebody you know is going to want your repeat business and future referrals.

Got thousands of dollars of promotion. Coverage on national TV show and across social media platforms.
Yup. Ol' "service with a smile face ass" :mjlol:

I'll say this, it sounded like she paid a downpayment upfront but sounded like dude didn't really match what she was going for.

I mean the bathroom turned out nothing like how the other dude built it. The truth is somewhere in the middle here.

That said she played the whole "I was shocked, scared for my life and horrified!" card.

good for the contractor

I hate thieves, she knew from the beginning she had no intention of paying the man
probably had countless small talks in the process all smiling and laughing known damn well she had sinister plans.

easy for you to say, do you know how long and time consuming it is to win a court case? and even if you win it might take years to collect as the scammers are willing to play the long.

fuk that, he did it the right now. He accepted his L but made sure it was TWO way.
Hes the only one the accepted an L in the end. She got her bathroom done for free and I doubt anyone would hire him after watching the video. She also paid him $3000. That doesn't seem like someone who had no intention of paying him.
