You think he makes better music than Jones? I'm asking to learn, I really don't know...I just know that Jones, in the last 3-5 years, has been making some excellent rap music. I'm a check these out tonight tho, salute.
I think it's borderline. Slightly different styles. I think if you want to enjoy style over more bars (not that Jimmy doesn't have bars, because he does) then Jim is the way to go. Before 2020 I would've said definitely that Jim makes more enjoyable music, and that Conway was really an elite caliber emcee that unfortunately spent 90% of his time being a super-goon that rapped about shooting everybody and everything, and sometimes pushing dope.

But Conway has really grown into a much more evolved artist over the past 18 months. Don't get it twisted. There are still plenty of goon bars. But he's finding his footing with other topics, such as being successful, running his own record label now, trying to be a better father, single mothers being under-appreciated in the community, feeling the responsibility to give back to his community now that he's made it, coming to grips with being an alcoholic, the suicide of his brother and the death of his son, cheating on his baby mom with her sister, and suffering PTSD from being shot in the head (he had to re-learn how to speak and rap.)

So Conway is catching up as a song-writer and not just a "rapper."

Honestly I think their music is equally enjoyable, depending on what mood I'm in. I definitely think Jim's music is larger, more luxurious, and fun (for lack of a better word.) Conway has some decent humor too, though, and they're 2 of my favorite artists out there right now.

Speaking of FKTG does anyone have the original cover? I loved it but can't seem to find it anywhere.

Well I know canibus can out spit 99% of rappers but if solja got more hits, guess who’s winning in a versus style event

But if we doing some smack type shyt, well then….

And that’s what I mean. Conway seemed to say he’s the best rapper out. Jim, if you look in the comments, immediately started naming hits from 90s and on. They both have a very different idea of what they are battling about.

But as a rapper, yes I’d side with Conway.

This makes no sense. Beasts from the East was not a hit. It wasn't even a single. But people know his legendary verse, and it will get more of a reaction than any Soulja boy hit.

Have you seen a versus? Yea WE might go nuts. But even that is a stretch. More of the Coli would be singing the hook to Superman that hoe before knowing Beasts from the East. You already moving into old head categories and super backpack after that. And this is exactly what I mean when I ask about these two. Conway gonna have US breaking our necks and Jim gonna play Balling and call it a day.

But if this is some, bar for bar shyt... Jim don't stand a chance the other way.
