i'd give a special shoutout to Outkast. Yes for all intents and purposes they've broken up but Big Boi has NEVER not ONCE said a bad thing about Andre even though Andre cost him millions of dollars by not touring when Speakerboxxx/Love Below was the hottest album on the planet. He's also had to endure the "Andre is better than Big" conversation his entire career. He's had to put up with rumors that Andre ghostwrote his rhymes on the first album. He's had to put up with people asking him whats up with Andre when he was promoting his own projects. That level of disregard for one's own skills would cause lessor men to lash out, but Big has NEVER allowed it to ruffle his feathers.

Not only does the blood relative thing help, like @Peter Parker said, but Sha Money XL (50's manager and president of G-Unit Records in the 2000's) just did a podcast and was saying that 50 literally treated his artists with the framing of him a pimp to ho relationship. 50 looks at all interactions with the framing that there must be a winner and a loser. He doesn't have a cooperative personality type, and I don't think he's very good at moving in ways that are mutually beneficial for everyone.

Sha Money said it went back to his mom being a drug dealer, and hm viewing every relationship as a transactional affair, or an economical exchange. Sha even said he knew 50 would eventually burn his bridge with him too, and that he was always waiting for the shoe to fall, because that's just what 50 does.

50 is low key a sociopath.

Absolutely. Yeah there’s no big drama or blowout. It’s just guys in their 30’s maturing, and growing where life is taking them. He even makes sure to point out that they were always a crew and never a group. They’re family. And like you said, they’ll still work, but they’re each pursuing their own interests, lanes, and endeavors.

Damn that’s just sad to hear. I’m sure the group would’ve had more years added to them if he let them do their thing a bit, but didn’t he say he want them to expand and let them do their thing before? I think it started with everyone not wearing the G-Unit clothing along with the sneakers. The group was still young at the time too.
