23 years ago I met wifey. I had been working in kitchens for almost a decade at that point so you know what's up with your boy's skills. This impressed her off the jump because she could not cook at all. Fast forward to today and she is the best cook I know. The ability to cook a good/great meal is a super power.

I be having debates with my chef partner about this. He always be telling me how home cooked meal is his go to for the ladies and guaranteed action. I be telling him, that off principle, I’m not cooking for these hoes, even if I was a good ass chef. My point be to him, that these hoes still coming to pound town regardless. The fukk I look like cooking trying to impress these women. That’s too much work. My boy be like whatever nikka, still gon cook these meals for these hoes.

I got them pancakes from scratch, red beans, fried catfish, black eye peas, smoked turkey necks, dirty rice, cornbread from scratch, creole spaghetti, etouffe, gumbo, chicken and dumplings....I love cooking...but everyone think a fat man from Louisiana can cook tho
