All that is true (yet I think it's more of a case of him having too much of a workload, as opposed to him disappearing) - yet that still doesn't take away from the dumb shyt @O.G.B said about him.

I mean I wouldn't go that far.

If you want to know what an unreliable and streaky shooter looks like, look no further than Gerald Green.

Iso Joe had a great 1 to 2 maybe 3 weeks of very reliable shooting when he first signed with the Heat. Since then, he's had a few moments where he's stepped up big for us.

Other times he just looks like a role player.
