50K may not be extravagant but the average breh aint making that kind of money. What I was getting at is, the lower wage jobs with the c00nish co-workers - the co-worker c00n that has more of chance of moving up the ladder vs. everyone else making $10 - $12. That c00n who tap dances to the top could easily reach 50K. 50K at $10 - 12$ per hr is like David staring at Goliath. Meanwhile the dude making chump change has his respect and pride in tact but nothing to show for it. Going home broke.

I know of some Africans that'll turn into Gregory Hines for 50K.

Fortunately I never witnessed c00n behavior at work. All the Black people I've worked with had a backbone.

The funny thing about being in the government is that you will run into both sides of that coin. One of the funniest moments in my unit is when we had a maximum c00n that was kissing ass to the white managers and and talking down to the black manager (these folks are GS14/15s) and the black manager straight up told her to drop the act, because you're just as black as everybody else in this office.

I was at a contract with the state and a co-worker came up to me with they wassup brother and gave me dap.
I told him I'm cool with dapping, but my name is ________ and just call me that, because I don't call anyone brother or homie or anything like that.
We're still cool so maybe I was able to say it right and not come off as c00nin, that and I typically get on everyone so no one thinks I play favorites.

I'm the only minority at work besides an Arab woman who calls white people out on their racism and reports it. I call these c00ns the light skin coalition because all the light skin c00ns I work with only associate themselves with the white people at work who are supervisors. They laugh loudly at their corny ass jokes. When dark skinned people use slang at work the supervisors tell them they use too much slang and it's hard to communicate with them.

The supervisors walk around saying, "what's gucci?" And other faux black liberal white slang. These light skinned nikkas do it too but won't give a real nikka a pound or the head knod while their masters are watching.

I'm the only black cook who isn't mixed race and light skinned. I demand black people are represented on the menu because I work in Oakland and these c00ns never back me up. They only want to make Asian food and kale salads. I suggested we add gravy and jumbalaya to the menu and they said that's disgusting and nobody would pay to eat that. They can't cook black food. Only Asian and hippie shyt. It's disgusting.

In professional cooking everything is in French, Spanish, or Italian. When a black guest asks one of these c00ns to explain the menu they always use french terms and technical terms to be condescending. I come out and explain it in a language everyone can understand.

We have coupons at my spot because it's expensive to eat there. The c00ns will not help the black people get their coupons accepted. Again, I come out and make sure the coupon is accepted and don't shame them for using them. Ain't nothing wrong with saving money and expanding your diet.

When I worked at TSA I had a black female supervisor who always was throwing her weight around and shyt. During peak hours we had a black family coming through trying to get their IDs checked and they had a son who was 17 that was kind of lagging behind. So the family went through and their son came along a little bit after a while. Now the rule is if the child is under the age of 18 then they aren't required to have an ID. So our manager (white) was checking IDs and of course this dumb mothafukka doesn't know the fukking job and waves the supervisor over claiming he needs to go through extra screening. Now if the supervisor would of kept it real she would of asked how old he was and told him that he isn't required to go through extra screening and sent him on his way. Anyways they send him over to get checked and she chooses to go through his property personally right and then starts tearing that shyt up, like I've never seen a bag searched that hard before. We were telling her that the kid was 17 but she saying she didn't care in front of him and his family. When she isn't around the managers she cool as fukk but then as soon as they get around she start tapdancing and shyt.

At my current job I work on base and I signed up for a class about dealing with difficult people. So one of the activities were to choose a color based on certain traits you have. Basically blue being a team player, orange being more aggressive, green being more just get it done type gold being the by the books. So the teacher starts talking more about personality traits and this white dude said " I don't like orange people because they keep talking and getting beat up by the cops and costing me more money." Now as soon as he said it every other black person looked at this dude crazy. Then white dude points to an older black dude and says that he said it. And of course this c00n ass nikka was proud of this statement and was like "yea they just don't know when to shut up and cost me money." So I'm heated as fukk at this bullshyt cause this was still when I was new and didn't realize how bold these mothafukkas were with they shyt. So the teacher starts talking bout how she was happy that there were people who were still by the books and who do what they were told with out questioning shyt. Then I asked her when was it okay to question the police then this c00n says " you need to go through the courts and you need to shut up and listen when the cops talk to you." I just ended the sit right there cause I knew I was going to say some shyt that would of gotten me in trouble. After it was all said and done the other black folks was like "you did such a good job speaking up when he said that bullshyt."

So every year we have these once a year Quarter 3 "pump up/jock-jams" ass conferences.

They do it by division and I'm the only black manager in mine, but there are several black non-managers etc.

Every year (no joke) they have our executives up on stage trying to get us all "excited" for Quarter 3...the only thing a breh is excited for is the free lunch and time off the floor

Well after the powerpoint presentation they have these "games" where they give away $20 gift cards...and then the music starts

I swear this shyt has to be a fetish to older white men ...they always play the "newest" rap song with a dance and offer a gift card to someone to teach them how to dance...

A few years ago it was the Dougie and the schmoney dance..It's always brothers (and some sisters) fighting each other to get on stage and teach everyone how to dance on some

This last year two brothers went up and "offered" to show everyone how to Milly Rock and I swear it was the most uncomfortable I've ever been at work. I felt bad for them thinking that dancing at work while people clap and laugh at you is ever going to get you somewhere

Let me start with the excuse that there was an open bar and I was probably about 10 shots and 6-7 drinks deep. This is back when Soulja Boy "Superman" or whatever the song was called was poppin. Somebody threw the song. I'm the only black dude working in our office. So I saw everybody fukking the dance up so I got on the floor to show them how to do it. Also in my defense my girl at the time who's black as well was out there trying to do the dance too and asked me to.

it was this fellow black guy I worked with who was married to a white woman. A real astute type of guy. Me and the dude never really chopped it up. I just kinda got bad vibes from him.

So I come in to work and suddenly dude just starts saying "Nikka" in front of all these white folks. The first time he did it I was like But he kept on all night just kept saying it I guess he thought I was gonna be like and he'd be looked at as the cool guy at work

I have a story but I wasn't at work or nothing like that.
This was during my very short time I did in college. So, me & a classmate of mine were the only two without a textbook that was mandatory to have. Once we found that out we both teamed up & went walking all around campus to every store trying to find the book. Long story short, we had to leave school grounds & go to the Barnes & Noble down the road. Anyway, we go there, find the books then go to wait on the long as$ line for checkout.

While we on line (keep in mind, Tons of White Folk ALL OVA!!!) My classmate, a dude I only knew for a couple weeks he starts looking through the magazines they have on display near the registers. So we all waiting in line & he starts showing me model chicks in a magazine askin me what I think about them physically. I won't lie I was entertaining it because I was bored in this long as$ line. Opinions are shared as pages turn, suddenly we get on a Caucasian model. Honestly, I thought she wasn't attractive but this dude was thirst'n after this thin Taylor-swift-in-the-face chick so hard I could've slipped in his damn drool.
So, He asked me "what you think?" With da creepy grin prolly thinking I was into this stickfigure b#tch.
I simply said "...Next"
He goes "whatchu mean Next?!"
Again, in a calm tone I repeated "...Next."
He must've been shocked at my lack of lust for Skeletonya pale no-as$-havin as$ so he took it upon himself to shout loudly "WHAT? YOU DON'T LIKE WHITE GIRLS?!!!!??!!"

I can't think of any over the top c00ning when I was in the army but it was c00n central. Don't be shocked at ex-military c00ns. Thats where they perfect their craft. I know plenty of brothas that were "the black guy" in their crew. Never hung with us, used white slang, went to the redneck bars, and wouldnt know the 1st thing to say to a black girl. In my unit, for a good year and a half I was the only married black dude that was married to a black woman. And my dude Will was the only 1 married to a white chick that just barely skated into the fukkable zone. My man Cope was married to a frog face white chick with no teeth. Literally none. Not several missing. NONE. Another dude was married to this skeletal white chick who was clearly anorexic and she seemed a lil slow. But as long as u white, u were alright with him. This mufukka got out, divorced her, and traded her in for a Precious level fat white chick.
