Traffic is only bad in manhattan.
traffic doesn't seem that bad riding on the bus huh?Traffic is only bad in manhattan.
Sounds like the bay without the rats and roach infestmentPeople need to stop spreading this lie.
NYC is not as great as some people like to make it sound.
It's overcrowded, overpriced, loud, rude people, bad traffic, hardly any free parking spaces, dirty and rat/roach infested, horrible weather, etc. This coming from a fellow new yorker..
Even if your on a bus it's not bad. Obviously driving down flatbush is going to be slower, but if you know other streets youll be fine. Theres hardly any slow traffic on ocean for instance. Finding parking is worse than traffictraffic doesn't seem that bad riding on the bus huh?
They selling us out....but ppl don't really care cause they could be "next" if they work hard enough and save and havvvve.....Credit ....right???

Man, these developers sold everyone out...it's not just New york...

why apartments/condos in gentrified areas all have that square design![]()
True definition of crackers. Take the soul out of everythingshyt's ugly, building has no personality whatsoever above all with the nice facade at the right of it.
I just Google mapped the area. Couple years you wouldn't see this dude. But now its![]()
I'm feelin another part of reality
hit me when I represent the F.A.P.
Franklin Avenue Posse

It only shows you how so many people have no damn sense nowadays.
Who in fukks name would want to live in NYC for that amount of money? NYC is not that great let alone good now. When it was cheaper, there was a whole lot more going on but that's like years ago. Way past a decade. It's embarrassing.
I have to look at these folks strange like wow. Ya really buying into that bullshyt? Not only are they ruining NYC. The greater NYC areas are feeling it too. North jersey, long island, southeast Connecticut, westchester, orange county, Rockland county. These areas are also getting expensive as well because they are capitalizing off of what's going on in NYC. It's a rippling effect.
And that recession is going to fukk things up for real for real. Think that NYC is going to be ground zero for that shyt. All the major cities where gentrification is ongoing
