Let me make sure I understand you: because the girl didn't get up with the cop asked, the use of force he used was justified ?

And why are you bringing up the teachers race? The teacher could have been a cac and it wouldn't have made a difference because we're talking about whether the officer used excessive force.

let me help you understand.. nobody is justifying how the officer removed her from the class. What im saying is that your fighting from a losing position. The cop was justified to remove her cause it was at the request of the teacher and principal... how he did is the question you are concerned about.. cops have too much discretion legally in how they do their job..

And yes the teachers race makes a big difference cause you are assuming the a teacher was in the wrong or treating the black student unfairly for trying to control their classroom and asking the girl to leave. I give a black teacher the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise. I havent seen any reports that this was a bad teacher with a bad track record or that this black teacher didnt care about the black kids in his classroom.
