From my understanding the school has a policy in place that states if a student doesn't comply with the administrations order to leave the classroom when commanded than force will be used to make her leave. It seems that this lead to the events in the video.

In that sense the power was never centered on the cop, he had to get the confirmation from two different ppl, so she was awarded all the things that you're claiming she never got.

The cop has the free will to react to the situation. He made a bad decision which is why he was fired.

After he was forcefully removed we actually did some work that day.

I was not there, but generally a person will stop the mess once the reinforcing attention is removed.

Teaching/Therapy guidelines are against forcefully removing a student except for the most extreme cases.

And even once you make it to the point of forceful removal you don't choke slam them and drag them by their hair.

There is no arguement that validated this cops actions.
