this is why i can't take a lot of nigerians in america seriously. they come over here and stick their nose up at us, but they dont want to talk about all the disgusting foul shyt that goes on in their own country. got muthafukkas casually raping kids, insane amounts of violence and criminality, unlimited corruption; just about everything you can think of in black america is amplified over there.

Spoken like a true racist cac. st0rmfr0nt would be proud.

Lotta typing, but you still didn't answer the question.

What did she do to deserve being forcefully removed?

Why does she get no courtesy of benefit of the doubt when you anilyze the situation?
she got asked to leave by like 3 people. shyt got real out of hand, real fast.

Teacher, Administrator, then Cop.

At some point, it was going to end up like that in some way. Maybe not as much force, but the protocol called for some degree of escalation. Shame that cop's error had to lead to this.

Man you have got to be joking. There's plenty of anti-intellectualism and degenerate behaviors going on in that 3rd world country Nigeria, and Lagos is worse than any city in the US. You have Nigerians all over Europe and Asia who have gone to jail for dealing drugs and some Nigerians have even been executed for their criminality in some of those Southeast Asian countries. Everybody knows that only the decent Nigerians are allowed to immigrate to the US, Canada and England.......and even then you still have Nigerians who are being jailed/deported for their criminality(medical fraud, etc). So we don't have anything to learn from you.

Anyway, I heard the officer will be fired today and good riddance to that animal.
Another racist undercover cac.

she used her cell phone to talk or do somethign the teacher asked her to put it away and she sid fukk you

she cussed out the teacher - teacher told her to leave - she said no

teacher calls principal - principal tell her to leave she cusses out principal and still refuses

they call the cop and her tries to ask her nice - she still refuses - he grabs her to move her she hits him he tosses her then cuffs her

the teacehr in the room and the principal wrote statements and stated the force used was not excessive

the sheriff in teh press conference said the ONLY thing that was excessive was throwing her - he said picking her up out of the chair was "correct"

when asked how to remove her since she is non compliant with force he wouldnt say -

he said pain complaince -

the cop had no other issues with teh school officially -the students going on the news and saying stuff now never made any kindof report about him officially

the principal and the teaching staff wanted him and he got an award for his role as a school cop - the only past issue he had was as a cop on the street and he got sued but the jury found in his favor and said they didnt believe anything the plaintiff said

those are he facts - there are NOT other substantiated acts in his record - thats from the sheriff at this afternoons press conference

Well according to one of the students, she refused to turn over her phone when the teacher requested it, so he told her that she had to leave the classroom, and she aslo refused to do that too.

Again.

Why did she deserve to be forcefully removed?

Was she being violent?

Was she threatening other students?

What made it pertinent for her to be removed from the class at that very moment?

Is having a phone in your hand cause for an act of violence?

Was it a danger to those surrounding her?

Forcefully? Eventually. It was going to have to happen. The rules stated that she had to leave and she removed. THE EXTENT of that force can be debated
Was she being violent?
No.

Was she threatening other students?
No.

She broke some rule enough that the teacher called for assistance in removing the student.

This matters.

I don't support how the cop behaved, but lets not ignore that he was called for a reason.

Whats my true colors?

I don't support how the cop behaved.

But the cop got called.

And before that,
a school administrator got called

and before that, the teacher asked her to leave the classroom.

So whatever she did, was met with a degree of escalation.

So saying curse words and using a phone is proper cause for being physically detained?

Fam, no one is saying this.

But we're saying that UNTIL THE COP TOUCHED HER, she was in the wrong.

No one supports what the Cop did.

What we're talking about is how the cop should have handled things.
