She wasn't bullied by being asked to leave by a teacher, assistant principal or police officer.
Students don't have unilateral rights inside of public schools. Read your laws.
They can be subjected to searches of their lockers and demanded to comply with administrators orders within the purview of the law.

When your teacher and assistant principal ask you to leave and you're disobeying, the chain of command gets ratcheted up and you face the consequences.
HOWEVER, the cop was rightfully disciplined for using excessive force.
I have NO problem with cops using reasonable force as a last resort to remove students of any ilk who break the rules.
